Support, in plain words.
Moko-Avi is made by a very small company. There is no ticket system and no bot. Write to us and a person reads it and writes back, usually within a day.
Email info@mokoavi.com for anything. Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Your account can be deleted from inside the app. The app is not a substitute for professional or crisis support.
Reach us
Write to info@mokoavi.com from the email address you use to sign in, so we can find your account. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Your subscription
Moko-Avi is a paid app with no free tier. Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, and we never see your card.
- To cancel or change your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Moko-Avi. Or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the period ends.
- To restore a purchase on a new phone, open You in the app and tap Restore.
- For a refund, Apple decides, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account and your data
- To delete an entry, open it in History and choose delete. It is removed from our service.
- To delete your whole account, open You in the app and choose Delete my account. Your journal, photographs, and personal information are removed from our systems. This cannot be undone. Cancel your subscription with Apple first, since deleting the account does not stop Apple from billing.
- If you cannot sign in and want your account deleted, email info@mokoavi.com from your account address and we will do it for you.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to export it, email us. We honor these requests for anyone, anywhere.
What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.
Signing in
There is no password. You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email. If it does not arrive, check spam, and make sure you typed the address you used the first time. Codes expire after a few minutes; request a new one rather than reusing an old one.
Voice
When you record a moment, the audio is sent to a transcription service (OpenAI) to turn it into words. Moko-Avi keeps no audio. If transcription fails or is wrong, you can always type instead. Voice is capped at ten minutes per day.
What this app is not
Moko-Avi is a journal. It is not therapy, not a medical service, and not a substitute for professional or crisis support. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your country. In the United States, call or text 988.
Age
Moko-Avi is for adults 18 and older. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.
