For writers and editors

Press kit, in plain words.

Moko-Avi is a journal in witness mode. You say one true thing about your day, in any of ten languages, typed or spoken. It answers once, then steps aside. Every Sunday your week comes back as a composed journal; every month, an issue with its own cover. There are no streaks, no reminders, no feed, and no notifications, on purpose.

The one-line version

The anti-engagement journal: it answers once, then sends you back to your life.

Why it exists

Journal apps split into two camps. Blank pages that never answer, where the guilt of empty days is what people remember. And AI companions built to keep you talking, because time in app is the business. Moko-Avi is a third thing: an AI that responds once, keeps what you said, and measures nothing about you except the distance to a person you yourself named. The founder's essay on this design position, "Why AI should not always respond," is at mokoavi.com/essays.
